This person’s primary responsibility will be to assist in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations as directed by the General Manager, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify TEN’s culture by fostering a culture of collaboration, embodying our values, and nurturing a harmonious, toxicity-free environment within the team.

  • Ensuring that the Guest Service team is properly scheduled one month in advance for optimum client service experience, proper coverage for opening and closing, and responsible usage of payroll hours.

  • Creating SOPs when necessary.

  • Facilitating huddles.

  • Staying in constant communication with the General Manager. Checking GroupMe and emails consistently.

  • Practicing good communication with the team, if you’re not able to help them direct them where to go or whom to talk to. 

  • Guiding your team and giving them the room to grow.

  • Keeping the staff HIPAA compliant.
