Child Safety Policy:

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Children under the age of 12 cannot be left unsupervised at any time and cannot be present in the service area during the service of the supervising adult. Any children under the age of 12 will need to be supervised by an adult not receiving a service at all times. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

To ensure that we can provide the best possible service and accommodate all of our clients, please take note of our cancellation policy.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your scheduled service) will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
For online bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and will be applied towards the service cost. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We take the livelihoods of our service providers very seriously and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient operation that is able to support our incredible staff and their families.

TEN accepts CASH and the following card types: DEBIT, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Checks are not accepted.

Out of courtesy to our other guests and the service providers, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and not used while at TEN.

If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as cash, or as a separate line item on your credit card slip.

TEN is a non smoking environment.

All sales of hair tools, brushes, or accessories are final. All other products can be exchanged or returned for salon/spa credit if returned within 14 days of purchase and are at least 75% full.
