Child Safety Policy:

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself.  However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. TEN Salon and Spa stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.

We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Appointments are recommended. You can choose to be notified two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time (by email or text messaging – your choice).

Advance notice is appreciated on all cancellations.

Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your service time. Any client arriving 10 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.

TEN accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Checks are not accepted.

Out of courtesy to our other guests and the service providers, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and not used while at TEN.

If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as cash, or as a separate line item on your credit card slip.

TEN is a non smoking environment.

All sales of makeup, brushes, and skin tools are final. No returns. No exchanges. All other products carry a 14 day grace period during which they can be returned for store credit, or exchanged.
